New Men Connect group to open at The Couch in Peckham

We’re excited to announce a new Men Connect group launching at The Couch in Peckham. This marks a new partnership with The Couch, a well‑established psychological therapy practice in South East London, and Men’s Minds Matter, a community interest company dedicated to improving men’s mental health and preventing male suicide.

The group will run alongside The Couch’s existing programmes and benefit from the expertise of clinicians connected with Men’s Minds Matter, led by Dr Luke Sullivan, clinical director at The Couch and founder of Men’s Minds Matter CIC. Men’s Minds Matter focuses on strengthening psychological resilience, raising awareness of male suicide, and developing interventions that support men’s emotional wellbeing.

This collaboration means even more opportunities for men in Peckham and the surrounding community to access supportive spaces where they can connect, reflect, and thrive in a structured, compassionate environment.
