Any man over 18 is welcome. Whether you’re manage stress, or simply have a safe space to talk, Men Connect available.

Not at all. While we provide support for mental wellbeing, Men Connect is for every man who wants to connect, reflect, and grow. You don’t need a diagnosis or special experience, just a willingness to engage.

We work alongside a network of community partners and health initiatives, but Men Connect is an independent, community-led organisation focused on supporting men directly.

We aim to keep Men Connect as accessible as possible, while also ensuring the sessions are sustainable and high quality.
Thanks to support from community initiatives, we offer a limited number of subsidised places at a reduced rate of £25 for a full block of 8 sessions (just over £3 per session). These spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those who are able to pay standard rates, sessions are £40 per week. We ask that you book your first session in on the website, and after that, sessions are invoiced on a monthly basis for convenience.

Joining is easy. You can sign up through our website to a particular group or contact us directly to join our waiting list. Once you’re on board, we’ll let you know about upcoming sessions and events.

Sessions usually involve a mix of casual conversation, guided discussion topics, and reflective exercises. Each meeting is relaxed, confidential, and designed to create meaningful connection.

Yes. Everything shared in Men Connect stays within the group, creating a safe space for honest conversation without judgement.

That’s completely fine. You can participate at your own pace — listening is just as valuable as speaking.

You’ll find peer support, practical advice, and guided reflection. Our sessions are designed to help men feel heard, understood, and more confident in managing life’s challenges.

While we provide peer support, we are not a crisis service. If someone needs urgent help, we guide them to professional mental health resources and local services.

Yes. Our sessions are designed to support all aspects of life, from managing pressure at work to nurturing friendships, relationships, family, self-care or just feeling part of a community.
